Final Inspections / Closing Items

Home closings are the biggest part of the home buying process for you and your seller. Sometimes, closings can be delayed or even turned into a lost contract due to your seller not being able to afford closing inspections items. That is where we come in! Once you let us know about the items, our Design team gives you a written estimate of costs to resolve them, making sure the home will close on time. Seller signs off on work to be completed. From there, we take our invoice to the title company to be paid for by the Title company at closing. In the end, you get to close on the home, your clients get their home, and we got the pleasure of helping you close on time!
